This notice explains how Slow Routine (“we”) process personal data when you use https://slowroutine.eu and join a waitlist. We aim to collect as little as possible.

A full postal address will be added when Slow Routine begins selling objects.

What we collect

When you join a waitlist, we store:

• email address
• signup time
• which list you joined (a specific object, or the general list)

We do not ask for payment data on this site while objects are sold out.

Why we process it

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), and where applicable ePrivacy rules for electronic marketing.

Purpose: to tell you when an object returns, and occasionally to share Slow Routine updates you asked for.

Cookies

We only use cookies or similar storage that are strictly necessary for the site to work (for example basic security or load balancing). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies at this time. No cookie banner is shown because we do not set non-essential cookies.

Retention

Waitlist details are kept until you unsubscribe, or until we no longer need them for that purpose (for example after an object has returned and notice has been sent), then deleted or anonymised.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Waitlist emails are processed by Brevo (Sendinblue) on our instructions and under a data-processing agreement, so we can send restock and Slow Routine updates you asked for.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact hello@slowroutine.eu. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
