Delivery
When an object is in stock and an order is placed, we aim to prepare it carefully within a few business days. Delivery across the EU usually takes several business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the carrier.
You will receive tracking details when they are available. Delays can happen during busy periods or customs checks between EU regions; we will help if something goes off track.
Packaging
Items are packed to travel safely. Recycled or simple materials are preferred where practical.
Returns
If you shop with us as a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days from receiving the order to change your mind (withdrawal right), unless an exception applies. Returned items should be unused and in a resalable condition, with original packaging where possible.
To start a return, email us. We will confirm the next steps. Refunds are issued after we receive and check the return.
Sold-out objects
Sold-out objects cannot be shipped until they return. Joining a waitlist does not create an order.
